The E.J. Henderson Youth Foundation is creating a safe haven that is conducive to learning. A place enriched with qualitative and quantitative educational programs tailored to address the specific issues facing our youth. Programs that contribute to the academic, social, mental, and physical needs of the children will contribute to the economic sustainability and continued growth of the communities in which they reside.
With the assistance of our collaborating partners, we will be able to provide quality programming and services impacting the lives of over 150 youth in 2011. The youth program will intensively serve 40 youth per year. Community Initiatives will serve and impact the lives of a minimum of 110 youth and families per year. We're opening doors of opportunity for youth to have a greater chance to become well-educated, skilled in today's technologies and prepared for career pursuits.
